The Ichneumonoidea is a vast and important superfamily of parasitic wasps, with s described species and estimated numbers far higher, especially for small-bodied tropical taxa. The superfamily comprises two cosmopolitan families - Braconidae and Ichneumonidae - that have largely attracted separate groups of researchers, and this, to a considerable extent, has meant that understanding  › Home › Subjects › Life Sciences › Entomology. The main purpose of this paper, there- fore, is to try and fill this gap in the systematics of the butterflies, since, to my knowledge, no other author to date SYSTEMATICS OF THE CHARAXIDAE has done so- Schatz and Rober (), on the bases of the early stages and the morphology of the adults, added the following genera to the Charaxidae

For this purpose, larvae of L. curtulus Régimbart are described and illustrated in detail for the first time, with particular emphasis on morphometry and chaetotaxy. The results show that Leuronectes is well placed within Agabinae based on the absence of natatory setae on tibia and tarsus in instars II and III, the urogomphus composed of two ?language=en. Other than moving the selected bibliography of mosquito morphology to the back of the book, the adult morphology section is basically unchanged from the first edition. The author provides a large compendium of references to original research on each group.
